Helpful Staff and Clean Room, But Needs More Attention

The staff provided outstanding service, especially Richard, who helped with our special requests. The room was clean, and having patio doors for quick access to a grassy area was perfect for our dog. However, the pool temperature was disappointing. Advise checking pool conditions in advance.

Impressed with the warm and professional staff. The breakfast options that catered to dietary restrictions. However, the layout was awkward with just one elevator and the pool area needed better maintenance.

My experience at this hotel was frustrating. Upon arrival, the smell of smoke in my room was unbearable, despite having booked a non-smoking room. The staff's response was dismissive, and I was told there were no other rooms available, leaving me feeling neglected and unaccommodated.

The room felt clean and had 2 comfy Queen beds. I loved the free breakfast buffet. it included lactose-free milk, which is hard to find. The indoor pool temperature was perfect, and the hot tub was a great addition. Tami at the front desk gave a warm welcome and was very energetic. However, the mini-putt looked a bit run down and underwhelming. Some areas of the hotel felt dated, and I did encounter minor issues with the shower leaking. But the staff was very helpful in addressing my concerns. Overall, it balanced out for a nice stay.

The location was a total win for our motorcycle group, close to dining, and had a clean king room with everything we needed.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast options. Elevator layout can be tricky with luggage.

Plus, it’s a great location to explore nearby attractions like Niagara-on-the-Lake and Marineland. My dad especially enjoyed the sauna after a long day with the family.

For dads, it would be great if the pool was warmer.

Comfortable beds, clean facilities, with a nice indoor pool being particularly welcoming, I also appreciated the convenient location close to shopping areas and the delightful breakfast options including fresh fruit and yogurt.

The Best Western provided a welcoming atmosphere with excellent service throughout my stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable experience. The attached restaurant/bar offered a great selection of food and beverages, which was a delightful surprise. The breakfast included a variety of options, including eggs, sausages, and yogurt, making it a good start to the day. Additionally, the location was convenient, being close to shopping and attractions.

The swimming pool temperature was colder than expected.
